SPAM, SCAMS OR SOMETHING ELSE
Yesterday I was talking about mine indisposition , which caused by removing and suspension
of YouTube channel.
Everyone who have any touch with mine channel or read my blogs will see
that most of videos are in porpoise to inform,
describe, and made a point in mine texts.
So lets see definition of charges whose put on mine back.
Spam is the use of electronic messaging systems (including most broadcast media, digital delivery systems) to send unsolicited bulk messages indiscriminately. While the most widely recognized form of spam is e-mail spam, the term is applied to similar abuses in other media
So the thing in reality stand like these:
I never send some e-mails,
I even not able to do that cause I am not some
big industry , dont collect e-mails and ask ppl to left me personal data like
condition for subscription .

AND COURT (social media, etc ) INSTEAD TO CHECK THAT ACCUSATION THEY WILL SHUT DOWN AND ERASE YOUR MATERIAL ( in the name of freedom of speech and you are Innocent till prove different ) . AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SENT A FORM TO TRY TO EXPLAIN ( IN 200 SIGN) THAT ALL CHARGES ARE LIE

Second indictment for contempt of court was due to refusal of doc.Vojislav Seselj to remove the book from his web page. Specifically, the court said that it mentions the names of protected witnesses, although all 11 disputed names submitted to the Court that they want to testify publicly without protective measures. In one of the hearings, which regarding this issue, court show the faces of witnesses , but refused to hear them publicly! (Very thoughtfully, doesnt it ) In light of these events and the book is not forbidden to read, and since the foreign host-ironically-from America, which are not prohibited if the material does not violate the law and no organization can not remove the same, the gentlemen from The Hague came up with the idea to prosecute a contempt of court, or in other words, remove a book or we will imprison you . The real question is what's so horrible and what the court actually considered, and why not allow public testimony, we already face these people , court show them to us. What would they be able to say at a public hearing, which was transmitted live, and whose a real reason for such action of court.I ask all who read this-post repost, blogg, reblogg, download these book and set it from your own computer , if you need , create a blog just for that. They cannot shut us all. It's time to people get some answers and the courts start to act and obey to the laws of civilization- JUSTICE ARE BLIND FOR THE NATION AND RELIGION.ITS ONLY HAVE EARS AND MUST OBEY INFRONT OF FACTS. Day of mourning in Kosovska Mitrovica
Mojsić Savo, was killed in last night's incident in Brdjani in Kosovska Mitrovica, was buried in the cemetery in Rudar. Two of the injured was released on home treatment. In Kosovska Mitrovica Day of Mourning.One of the wounded, the Kosovo police Rados Vukicevic, operated on during the night and his condition is stable, while Veljko Djordjevic slightly injured.
Deputy Regional Director of KPS Ergin Medic confirmed that the injured member of the Kosovo police was on duty. Shortly before the incident, the fight was seriously injured and Dejan Vukomanovic.
Regional Kosovo Police spokesman Besim Hoti told Beta news agency tonight, that man of Albanian nationality, as a witness, examined in connection with an attack Brdjani. The media had previously reported that the Albanian arrested Hafiz Mehmeti interrogated on suspicion that he participated in last night's shooting.
Hoti, earlier today, told Tanjug that the police raided during the night six houses in Brdjani looking for suspects and evidence. KPS spokesman said that police took statements from three Albanians, who are not suspected of murder, but questioned as witnesses. Hoti said that so far no suspects for the murder of Sava Mojsić.
The Serbian government strongly condemned the serious incident that occurred last night in Kosovska Mitrovica, stating that in the past month increased attacks on Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as international missions covering up these crimes.
"Cover-up crime directly threatens the survival of Serbs and Albanian communities in Kosovo," said the head of the Office of Media Relations Milivoje Mihajlovic, adding that the government requires of EULEX to investigate this and other crimes committed against Serbs in the past month.
Minister for Kosovo and Metohija Goran Bogdanovic has asked EULEX to take over the investigation into the attack, instead of the Kosovo police, and as soon as possible to shed light on the motive, find and punish the perpetrators of this "terrorist act".Bogdanovic called on Serbs to refrain and not fall for provocations by Albanian extremists, and KFOR and EULEX that, instead of the administrative crossings, focusing on the neuralgic point in the north where there is a constant threat to the outbreak of inter-ethnic conflict.
Reactions to the attack in Brdjani
The Special Representative of UN Secretary General in Kosovo Farid Zarif denounced the murder last night in Brdjani in Kosovska Mitrovica.
"Any act of violence is totally unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I call on the responsible authorities and EULEX to launch a full investigation of all circumstances in connection with the incident and bring the perpetrators to justice," Zarif said.
State Secretary Oliver Ivanović said that tensions in northern Kosovo be settled fast reaction of KFOR and EULEX. "It's hard to say whether the incident was planned, but it was expected, since the KFOR and EULEX to fully concentrate on something that is not their task, which is the implementation of political decisions of Pristina in a very tense situation," Ivanovic told BETA.
Kosovska Mitrovica Municipal President Pantic Krstimir estimates that the point of attack to the north of Kosovo Serbs and force them to provoke unmeasured response, which would be a cause that KFOR and EULEX Kosovo institutions impose on the north.
A deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, Rada Trajkovic considers that the Serbs in Kosovo for the third victim in a month too high price.
"The continuity of the suffering of Serbs all of us are upset because we are, for the umpteenth time, send messages to Kosovo and Metohija in the future, unfortunately, is not a safe house for the Serbian people," said Trajkovic K for radio. She added that the concern that "these crimes are classified as a minor part of ethnically motivated, and largely attributable to criminogenic accounts."
Vice president of the Community of Municipalities of Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Jaksic believes that the latest incident the reason for the termination of negotiations with Kosovo and Serbia need to send a protest to the UN Security Council.
LDP leader Cedomir Jovanovic said that people who suffer in Kosovo, regardless of nationality and cause, the victims of wrong policies. Jovanovic believes that the radicalization of the political situation, the insulation in the north, crossing blockages and conflict with the international community, raising tensions over Kosovo.
Head of the International Civilian Office Pieter Feith, has condemned the attack in Brdjani incident and said that should not be used as an excuse to promote tension and fear. The attack was condemned and the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo Werner Almhofer.
State Department spokesman Mark Toner urged both sides in Kosovo to refrain from violence and contribute to resolving the crisis. On the occasion of yesterday's murder in Kosovska Mitrovica, Tanjug Toner said the U.S. wants to come to the cessation of violence.

Mitrovica hospital doctors have said that the autopsy found that death occurred due Mojsić Save injuries to seven millimeters caliber bullet.

So far, no suspects for the murder of Sava Mojsić and to attack the other Serbs who were injured last night about 20 o'clock in Brdjani in the northern part of Mitrovica.
"The police took statements during the night of the three Albanians who are suspected of murder, but was examined as a witness. We will continue with the investigation," - said a police spokesman.
In Kosovska Mitrovica, a vote of the representatives of the municipality declared a day of mourning for the tragic death Mojsić (28) who died from injuries sustained last night in a shooting that occurred in Brdjani.

Jankovic added that the doctors tried to surgical treatment but the injuries were serious and were unable to save him.
Head of the hospital in Kosovska Mitrovica Milena Cvetkovic told reporters that the Mojsić died despite surgical intervention and parallel resuscitation.
"In all our efforts and compensation of fluids - blood, plasma, and after four hours of battle in the operating room the patient we lost," concluded the Prime Minister.
Rados Vukicevic was injured, according to Chief of Surgery Dr. Radimir Jankovic suffered a grave breach of the lumbar spine, firing missiles of great destructive power with the tissue damage.
Vukicevic and surgical cared for the patient's condition is stable now, added the head of surgery.
In Veljko Djordjevic, who was also injured by firearms in question is a violation of the right upper arm caused by a bullet, an orthopedic surgeon, told reporters Dusan Petrovic.

"Both patients are in good general condition," added Dr Petrovic.
Hoti had earlier told Tanjug that the incident occurred around 19:50 pm when the bickering between Serbs and Albanians, during which at one point used a firearm, but does, however, participants did not use the argument, but an outsider.

Bogdanovic: Eleks to take over the investigation, not the Kosovo police

About 2 hours after midnight night KFOR troops crossed over the barricades by foot
and set up at Jarinje and barbed wire to alterntivnom direction, running from the mines.

The Serbs, after the soldiers threw tear gas, unloaded several trucks of gravel for the new barricade,
according to reporters of Tanjug who was present on the scene . After that they moved several meters
