And is not normal when someone response on your bit , where you ask for advance that he agree on it, and in brief, for which employer ASK to read carefully ASK FOR ANIMATOR WHO WILL WORK WITH TEAM WITH OTHERS ANIMATORS AND CG ARTIST, NOT PRODUCTION COMPANY NOT MODELING. AND WHICH IS WASTE OF TIME IF YOU CONTACT PERSON AND DEMAND MODELING AND RIGGING AND THAT SKILLS ARENOT EVEN LIGHT ON IT PROFILE.
